Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed quickly! To cancel an order, you must do so within one hour of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that cancellation is possible beyond this timeframe. Once an order is placed and processed we are unable to stop the shipment beyond this window. The order will be shipped and may be returned via our standard return policy. 

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Sometimes your item/s can arrive broken in shipping. When this happens, we get a replacement shipped to you as quickly as humanly possible. All we need from you is: 

  • an email within 7 days of the delivery date
  • photographs of the damage

*Please note: Any damages reported after 7 days from the delivery date can not be refunded. Refunds/ replace ments are not guaranteed. Email us at support@gordoncraftworks.com.       

Can I return my item?

At Gordon Craftworks, we want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, home care items (candles, room sprays, diffusers, etc) cannot be returned or refunded. Hair accessories (ie. scrunchies, hair clasps, etc.) cannot be refunded.

 

If you have received the wrong product, are missing a product or received a damaged product in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered. Please contact us at support@gordoncraftworks.com for further assistance with a possible refund or exchange.
