How much is shipping?

  • Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your purchase. 
  • We charge flat-fee rates on all orders depending on these parameters. Currently, all orders placed within Long Beach, NY have free delivery.
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $60 or more withing the continental US once any discounts may have been applied.

How do you ship items?

  • Orders are shipped via USPS domestically, by Ground and/ or Air service, within 3-5 days of an order being placed.
  • International orders are placed via UPS, within 3-5 days of an order being placed.
  • Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday of each week to preserve the quality of the products being shipped.

Where do you ship?

  • We ship to all 50 states, and internationally.
  • All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Certain items cannot be shipped via air, therefore some items cannot be shipped to any destinations outside the 48 contiguous states of the United States.

Taxes and Customs Fees

  • Taxes are calculated depending on your location.
  • Any and all taxes/ duties/ fees on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer upon reaching the customer's destination. 
  • Gordon Craftworks is not responsible for these fees.

What are International Taxes and fees?

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

  • The customs value is made up of:
  • the price paid for the goods,
  • the insurance cost,
  • the shipping cost.

Why do some items ship "by Ground Service Only"

  • Items like room sprays and reed diffusers cannot be shipped via air service. Please check individual product listings for shipping info.
  • Shipping companies require certain items to be shipped by Ground service only.

How can I track my shipment?

We’ll send you a USPS or UPS tracking number as soon as we ship your order out, which will be about 3-5 business days after order confirmation. We can’t wait for you to receive your goodies! Click here to track your order via our tacking page.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

We offer the USPS Priority Mail Express option for those crucial last-minute gifts. Products that require ground shipping cannot be shipped overnight.

I have a question about my order that is in transit.

Check your inbox for your tracking number from USPS or UPS. Click on the link or copy and paste that tracking link into your browser for shipping updates directly from the carrier. Doesn’t answer your question? Call USPS or UPS directly, with your tracking information, to receive updates. Still need help? Reach out to support@gordoncraftworks.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.


What's your cancellation policy?

Orders are processed quickly! To cancel an order, you must do so within one hour of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that cancellation is possible beyond this timeframe. Once an order is placed and processed we are unable to stop the shipment beyond this window. The order will be shipped and may be returned via our standard return policy. 

What happens if my items arrived damaged?

Sometimes your item/s can arrive broken in shipping. When this happens, we get a replacement shipped to you as quickly as humanly possible. All we need from you is: 

  • an email within 7 days of the delivery date
  • photographs of the damage

Can I return my item?

At Gordon Craftworks, we want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, home care items (candles, room sprays, diffusers, etc) cannot be returned or refunded. Hair accessories (ie. scrunchies, hair clasps, etc.) cannot be refunded.

What do I do if I received the wrong product or something is wrong with my order?

If you have received the wrong product, are missing a product or received a damaged product in your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered. Please contact us at support@gordoncraftworks.com for further assistance with a possible refund or exchange.

"Clean ingredients" means the cleanest ingredients available to use. We use natural and organic ingredients with pthalate free oils and voc (a.k.a. volatile organic compounds) free ingredients.

Our founder worked hard to create beautiful, original fragrances based on destination, memories, feelings and the elements of life and magick. Our scents are rich, layered and custom blended to elevate the spirit of the recipient.

Can the glass be recycled or reused?

Absolutely. Our labels are artist designed, and make for a great work of functional art, you might not  want to wash the outside of the glass. That said, if you choose to that's totally ok too. Each glass makes a great pen cup, make-up brush holder, a stash for crystals or tarot cards...the possibilities are endless.
